 In the total project. I penned the needs of the project, the final goal, divided in phases and modules. Collaborated with the development and deployment team to make it live. Also contributed myself as a developer for cresting and maintaining database. Further, SEO and marketing tools were used to increase the reach out, target potential customer and increase the number of downloads. 

Its a background verification program which is used to verify the identity and other information of the candidate. It interacts with muliplt govt and private vendors for fetch the information using APIs and clears the checks requested by the client for any particular candidates.
