It is an efficient web based application to calculate calories, fat and proteins for a human being 
based on their day to day activities, gender and body mass index. The user can log, the quantity of 
the food taken in each interval in a day and he gets the details about the consumed calories. Each
user can create their own food items and recipe apart from the existing items. These newly 
created food items can have published to public by admin. The admin has privilege to enable/
disable the users and assign the privilege to create the new food items based on the user roles.

The project was basically based on road logistics and was meant to automate the activities happening in one such company.
