Metric Monitoring Analytics aka MMA application allows users to check their data uses, internet speed, latest feature dedicated to their connection, services etc., provided by Boost Mobile ISP.

BEACON is a call centre application which is used daily by 13000 call centre executives to fulfil customers demand. Beacon is a platform where user can buy/add/remove/modify TV channels/TV packs, buy on demand movies, sport shows, reality shows etc. It also provides smart home product such as smart call bell, smart camera etc. Beacon application onboarded activation of phone number, port a number, providing data, call uses for Boost mobile customers.

SWIFT is a new telecom service delivery platform which is implemented on latest technology, because of that delivery and accommodation of new product is fast to the market. This software reduces the time to provision the order, all the orders which launches to SWIFT go for auto-submission and auto provisioning.

SDP is a long-term architecture that supports a new service delivery process. This delivery process focuses on shorter product development cycle times, flow through of data, and improved edits and validations. It involves the entire cycle of customer ordering a service and finally delivering the service through the entire process of quoting, ordering/billing, and provisioning. QOA acts as a starting point of the whole process and helps the customer to quote/order different set of services. The order is then flown to the downstream systems which process/validate the order and initiate the subsequent provisioning and final delivery of the actual service
