The Challenge:
As a consumer, I want to make sure that the car I have purchased is genuine, has used the parts from the right manufacturer, and should be able to see all the parts and the manufacture of the parts.
As a dealer, I should be able to update the history of the car when a service is performed, or a part has been replaced.

The Approach
As a designer I went through an end to end design Journey. producing story boards, wireframes, low fidelity mockups and high-fidelity mockups.

As a UX Designer, I was resposible for the over all design and UX flow of the app.

Approach
I switched to communication channels that were more receptive. Rather than giving feedback from my personal work experience, I aimed to reference best practice through well-known examples instead.

After building up credibility with the account and development team, I was given the opportunity to talk with the client and present new updated wireframes based off of our feedback. By explaining the new designs through examples that were relevant to client, I was able to demonstrate my knowledge and build rapport.

The Client was pleased with the final outcome of the project.
