•       Working on Salesforce based project as a Developer with client AbInBev.

•       Hands-On experience in Apex, Apex triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, Javascript, Integration of Apex with 3rd party services like SAP through Mulesoft.

•       Customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, process builder and Approval Processes. 

•       Providing resolution, (RCA/KA)'s of the ticket at the earliest to the user as well as the client.

•       Solving high, medium, low priority tickets in the support project.

•       Interact with onsite team as well as client on daily/weekly basis to gather requirements/provide updates.

•       Avoid breaching SLA.

•       Migration of all the Customizations including Custom Configurations, packages, and other objects from Sandbox to Production environment.

•       Experienced with data migration tools like ANT, JENKINS, Apex Data Loader IO to Import and Export the data to the Salesforce.com platform.

•       Working on configuration and customization enhancements.

•       Daily engagement with the clients to resolve issues faster.
