Qualification Module: As a Salesforce developer I have worked on Qualification module based on Lightning. Where I have to create new lightning components to accomplish the Qualification process of storage devices and issues related to a Qualification are captured in the Salesforce system. Excessively I have used lightning component, apex and process builder for this module.

Case Module: This project is to develop an application for tracking the support tickets against the services and product sold to customers. The support cases can be registered by enterprise/mid-size customers and submitted cases are supported by different agents who are physically located in different parts of the world. The implemented application helps and supports the Western Digital internal business users to track the status of requested services and provide technical support to the end customers. This application is built on lightning platform whereas the custom platform is built with run time integration with external systems.

TM Lightning Migration and RM Lightning Migration is the project to migrate from classic version to lightnig version using Lightning Web Component(LWC).

Tenant Management - It is all about to manage all the tenant which logged in the org. We, as a developer, created different kind of form to fetch the data, validate and submit for Jira Integration. This is running project in Workday in classic version. We need to convert the same functionality in Lightning using LWC.

Resource Management - In short, It's is kind of customized BPO setup in Org. We first tried to implement it through Omni-Channel but due to the complexity and huge customization, not possible to achieve it through Omni-channel. Hence we have implemented all the functionality which was running in classic to Lightning using LWC.We need to create all necessary environment to assign the generated case to appropriate Agent as per their expertise,availability and work load.
