Automating SCCM Client remediation and other day to day requirements like Pending reboot check, Office 365\Dotnet framework presence using Powershell.Repackaging, QA and deployment using SCCM.

Tracking the overall packaging requests and driving the team in delivering the applications within SLA and helping them during technical difficulties. Monitoring the request flow and reporting to the management about the project progress. Repackaging of application using Install Shield and Admin Studio. Create Application and Collection in SCCM. Create and update documentation of package release notes and maintaining knowledge base of known Issues and workarounds.

Repackaging, Customizing installations, Validating and Testing the Packages. Sending weekly status reports about the number of packages received and sent. Updating onsite manager about the requests received and clarifying the issues related to source media, installation instructions and packages.
