CoA Dispatch (SD&A) is a Dispatch Center Tool which aids Center Agent to track all dispatched Trouble/Order to the technicians. Using this tool, Center Agent can assign the trouble/order that will be the fall outs from Auto loader.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Implemented automation using Selenium WebDriver (POM).
• Extensively automated regression and functional test suites bydeveloping over155test cases, 6 test suites using Selenium WebDriver.
• Configured Maven for JAVA automation projects anddeveloped Maven project.
• Performed Defect Tracking & Management in JIRA. Generated automated daily reports using JIRA API.
• Worked in ahighly dynamic AGILE environmentand participated in scrum and sprint meetings

Project Details:

vMobile is Technician tool used to perform his daily scheduled task. Technician will be able to perform tasks like Complete/ InComplete/ UnAssign/ Reroute the Jobs in his schedule. He will be responsible for updating the time sheet and charge for the task done by him. With the help of vMobile tool, he will be able locate the jobs through the Vmaps.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Automated System testing for daily Schedule Tasks like Complete/ InComplete/ UnAssign/ Reroute the Jobs using Selenium WebDriver.
• Developed, executed and maintained over 95+ Selenium automation scripts for vMobile application.
• Developed Hybrid automation framework in Java by using Data Driven frameworks with POM design.Automated running smoke tests and build report generator for daily builds.
• Reported/tracked defects in Jira.
• Provided different buildreports, Selenium automation reports, Performance testing reports to Senior Management.

Project Details:

AWAS is windows based application which maintains the data of the Technicians and their skills with the region. There are other interfaces which interact and perform the required task. Workbench is the interface which uses the data base of record for allocating the task.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyzed Functional Requirement and Business Requirement Documents to get a better understanding of the system on both functional and business perspectives.
• Coordinate with development team / client to get test data and leverage best practices like, standardized templates and defined test methodologies.
• Testing activities includes Functional, GUI and Regression.
• Developed the test cases to test functionality of the application using Selenium WebDriver.
• Execution of defined test cases on each build.
• Responsible for logging defects, monitoring their status and tracking them to closure.

This project will manage the entire end to end CPE lifecycle from providing quotes and pricing to customers, through order processing, procurement and installation of equipment, customer billing, and maintenance of equipment and customer data. The objective is to standardize and simplify CPE business functions for all impacted user groups in order to increase the efficiency and customer satisfaction with the Verizon Business CPE offering.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyzed Functional Requirement and Business Requirement Documents to get a better understanding of the system on both functional and business perspectives.
• Design, Initial summary, test plan and the test strategy preparation for testing for the defined components.
• Converted the use cases of the product to test cases and Prepared Test data for the inputs of the test cases.
• Developed the test cases to test functionality, interface of the application.
• Involved in Test Cases review and incorporated the review comments.
• Testing activities includes Functional, Integration, Security, GUI, Regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with development team / client to get test data and leverage best practices like, standardized templates and defined test methodologies.
• Tests were planned and managed using Quality Center and performed Manual Testing on each build.
• Responsible for logging defects, monitoring their status and tracking them to closure.
• Involved in setting up Test Environment.
