of the offshore development team of the company based in Long Beach, CA USA, with
members located in several areas in the USA, India and the Philippines.

Analyzed and designed projects to support the LIDP ADMINISTRATOR life insurance policy
administration software.

Consultant to clients of the company, particularly Insular Life Assurance Co. Philippines.
Responsible for handling client initiated projects and for addressing client concerns
regarding the ADMINISTRATOR life insurance policy administration software product of LIDP.

Lead programmer on the system migration from Insular Life’s IMS system to LIDP’s
ADMINISTRATOR software. Designed, developed, customized and implemented systems to
support the conversion and migration of IMS data to the new LIDP ADMINISTRATOR data
format.
