Answer flow is a tool. It uses to track the customer queries and resolution in Dell Site. Theanswer flow tool has all the option which can automatically resolve the customer issue withoutspeaking to the executive and it is error free. The dashboard is to track how many customerwho has called to the dell customer care and resolved their issues by using the tool and viceversa. And the dispatch of products detail. The dashboard has been created based on thedispatches, activities by Region, Products, brands, RDR (Repeat Dispatch Rate), RAR (RepeatActivity Rate), PPD (Parts per Dispatch), MPD (Major Part dispatch) etc.

There are lot of dispatch and activity happens while the product dispatches to the customer.There are cases where invoice documented but not dispatched, Partially dispatched, theaccidental damaged product returned and documented, maximum and minimum number ofcommodities faces damages and so on. The dashboard created having multiple sheets basedon the above details by Commodities, countries, Complaint and Non complaint for last 3 yrswith different and attractive visualization.
