SmartPRA is a Passenger Revenue Accounting product being developed by Sutherland Global Services. This product is used by Airlines in Middle East Asia, Europe and USA for passenger revenue accounting. Sales, Flown, Interline, Billing and Accounting are the major modules in this product.

CWS (Connected World Services) – Connected World Services is new B2B business for CPW (Carphone Warehouse), which aims to leverage expertise and systems to provide services to other businesses operating in the connected world, in multiple geographies. It covers services based on retail and commercial consultancy, insurance and technology support, buying alliances and an omni-channel retail platform (called honeyBee) which offers an end-to-end solution for connected retailing. CPW deliver these services with support from key partners, such as Accenture (partner to design, build and market the honeyBee platform).

Activation Packages are set of REST API based on micro services architecture and hosted in cloud environment. These APIs are classified into set of composite and atomic services used to build an activation package and activate handset/Smart phone/tablets connection for different carries used associated with Best Buy in North America.

PCS a REST web service that analyze customer account details, current plans and features, data consumption via CAP and CPC. From all these data and details PCS generates a set of permutations and recommends best five plans for the customers. This service is being used by Best Buy store application to shell iPhone, activate customer connection and plan recommendations.
