Phoenix Rewrite is an intranet portal developed for maintaining Distributor records. It involves maintenance of distributor profile, Order placement by distributors, Payments released to distributors, finance calculation such as Tax, Hold, Bonus, Royalty, EFT release to bank sql, Crystal server for statement all of which is migrated to ADF and Oracle environment.

 CRM Application is used to build the Lead Management system. The Dealer application will mainly be used by the Agents (Customer Service Agents) and Dealer, with an emphasis on logging all interactions with customers. The Lead is generated by Mazda Web Portal, Call Center and other channel.  CRM will be the master system to view all Contact and Lead information.  Java will also be used to upload key information data such as Vehicle, Sales History and Service History. This will be a new multi-language implementation and will cover Poland, French, and Dutch and English

WellPoint Inc is the largest health plan company in Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association in the USA and is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and serves its members as the Blue Cross licensee for California. WellPoint is a suite of applications for processing insurance claims.  This application consists of the modules like Claim, Member, Provider, Group, Inquiry and Full benefit quote etc. Claim is used to find out the status of claim, claim details etc, Inquiry search is used to create new inquiry and trace the status of existing inquiry, WPA agent can get providers details using provider search (provider id, provider name, Institution name and provider group name).This application is supporting different back end systems such as WGS, WMS (Main frame) and Epds provides single point contact for Provider search.

  Sprint Nextel USA is an ETS (Enterprise Testing Services) based project used by the Sprint for providing the Pre-paid and Post Paid Telecom Services to the Customers. Subscribers are registered through various Channels (for Pre-Paid & Post Paid) either directly (through online registration) or through the CCR (Customer Care Representatives) in the CSM module. The Credit Validation is performed through the Third Party Channels. A rating is provided to the customers where in the data is stored in the CSM DB. The billing operations are performed through the AMDOCS billing system through the ENSEMBLE application. All the modules related to the billing are integrated with the Sprint Nextel System when the monthly billing is generated.
