He is currently Co-Founder a...usiness and technology consulting & design and architecture experience. He is currently Co-Founder and  Partner at Marg Advisory Services, a boutique management consulting and services firm based out of Bhubaneswar, India. He worked as a Senior Delivery Manager at Wipro Digital for more than 6 years. He has experience in multiple domains which includes banking, infrastructure, retail, media, education, health and telecom. Shibasis has worked in cross functional teams across the world including the USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Middle East, Asia, South Africa and India.

His past clients include HSBC (India, Hong Kong, China, Middle East and UK), Barclays (UK, India, Germany), Standard Bank (South Africa), McGraw Hill (USA), Ericsson (Sweden), Samsung (Germany), Lucent (France, India), Alcatel (Canada, India), VSSUT (Sambalpur, Odisha) and Informatics (Sambalpur, Odisha).

In his previous roles at leading Banks, he was responsible for driving large scale automation and digital transformation initiatives cutting across various Banking and Financial domains.
