- Led Digital and Lean transformation project by migrating the existing age-old systems, adapting and leveraging AI for supply chain resilience for a leading manufacturing company in UK.
- Helped leading Bank of Middle East, to launch a completely new digital bank that disrupted the local (and global) market, and set the standard for the next generation of banking services - all within 12 months. This also includes industrialization of entire BPM (Business Process Management) using automation and optimization using lean mythologies. Lean workshops involving all the stakeholders of the BR (Business Release) program from various support, testing and release management areas and facilitated several value-stream mapping sessions to recommend process improvements.
