Currently monitoring and managing the overall implementation process of the computerization of all 670 Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) in the state of Uttarakhand

The main objective of this scheme is to help Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) to become a one stop shop for all the post harvest process so as to increase the PACS both financially and non financially way and to create capital assets

Currently monitoring and managing the project to convert 102 such PACS in this year and rest 540 in the next year into a Multi Service Center

Helped in establishing the new Cell in the Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank (UKStCB Ltd).

The main objective of the creation of this cell was to support the State Cooperative Bank to bring in new innovative ideas and help integrating the new product into current product line and to modify current process and make it easier to work with.

Successfully automated 20 medium and large process including Onboarding a New customer, Sending Welcome e-mails/alerts, Creating insurance policy of various individuals in accordance with various parameters, Generations of various reports for MIS for higher authorities, etc. Assisted in the process of UAT and Go Live stage with various stakeholders for the final vetting of the Bot

Successfully automated 15 medium and large process that included onboarding a new buyer, sending a Welcome E-mail, cracking captcha at various stages, creating and updating a Master Data file for easy access and progress evaluation, etc for various entities like Property Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSIPL) and Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd (KPTL).
