Client : Synchrony Financial Role : Test Analyst Testing Type : Manual ( Web application and Mobile application ) Process followed : Initially Waterfall, later converted to Agile model Overview: Digital buy also called as DBuy provides platform for third party to provide gateway for online payment. It provides an option to apply for credit card without cancelling the checkoutprocess in case if the user does not have card. Responsibilities: o Involved in client calls without any dependency and discussed on the requirement analysis. o Core team member of the project. o Responsible for communication with business team and development team. o Point of contact for all off-shore activities including providing sign off before the releases. o Preparation and Review of the Test deliverables mentioned above. o Writing test cases for functional modules and responsible for peer review. o Test Execution and Defect reporting on HP ALM. o Creating user stories in JIRA for QA related activities. o Assigning tasks/ user stories to team members on daily basis. o Involved in daily scrum calls, retrospective, demo and grooming meetings. o Responsible for providing post-release artifacts like test strategy, test case and defect summary document. o Involved in and hands on experience on mobile testing ( Devices used such as iPhone, Android, MAC)

Role : Senior Test Engineer Testing Type : Manual Process followed : Agile model Overview: RemotePC is an application which allows the user to access and manage distant computers anytime, from any device - given that the computer has an active Internet connection and the RemotePC application installed on it. User can login to office or home computer from anywhere, manage your files and work on your computer. Responsibilities:  Preparing the test scenarios, test cases, test plan and performing manual execution.  Developed and maintain detailed test plans  Responsible for performing testing across cross-platforms ( Windows, MAC, Linux)  Involved in Sprint planning, Scrum meeting and retrospective meetings.  Perform QA testing to expose defects and constraints, isolate the issue and contribute to the solution to drive closure.  Interacting with Development Team to resolve the issues as early as possible.  Responsible for the user tickets that comes under module tested by me
