Responsibilities:

• Handling L2 level issue with AWS using EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ELB, Cloud Formation, G Suite etc. and Perform migration, creating custom IAM policies for the users and handling server updates every month.
• AD Management and follow user creation and removal process, applying user permission as per ticket. Taking care of connectivity between AWS accounts issue using VPC peering, routing, OpenSwan and Vyos instances.
• Actively perform in Change management requests, Incidents, Release, Patching and Backups.
• Managing edge location with Cloudfront and regulatory compliance by configuring policies in Palo Alto firewall.
• Architecture and design new AWS environments as per the client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• • Installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs VPC, S3 (Cloud Storage), EC2, Load Balancer AMIs, EBS, Lambda, RDS, Cloudfront, CloudWatch and Security Groups.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on Networking and Firewall devices like patch management, version upgrade, etc.
  • New user account creating and providing required access, handling monthly windows server updates. Applying Content Filter & Bandwidth Management on Fortigate firewall.
  • Working with Zabbix (monitoring tool), CloudFlare (security tool for domains) and Security Monkey (AWS security).

Responsibilities:

• Provides the solution for cloud and infrastructure issues.
• Support TIM Project initiatives – domain, mail box migration, Lync implementation.
• Responsible for Client Communication. Ensures Quality, Standards and Client expectations are met.
• Installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure.
• Applying Content Filter & Bandwidth Management System per the user category in SonicWALL.
• Follow-Up with Hardware Vendor's in case of purchasing new IT products & making the quotation.
• Assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
