The MCE SR program governs the service reminders and other adhoc campaigns for Mazda customers on behalf of the Mazda dealers. The program runs the batch processes through Appworx.Appworx extracts the customer data files and loads them into the VIN Oriented database and then derives the communications based on the set of bussiness rules for each service reminder. Then extracts the data to different vendors for printing and sending the email communications to the Mazda customers.

Enterprise data warehouse maintains all this hierarchy information and always look over the correctness of this hierarchy as per the events generated on daily basis to these customers.

Data Analysis focuses on the managing the data files sent by the brokers across the world and validating all the entry transactions of the file as per the validation engine module configuration. If any entry transaction is found error, the validation engine will reject the transaction and send it back to the broker and broker will correct the transaction and the corrected transaction now be validated again by the validation engine.

Earlier the Customer information was received through a flat file in a pre-determined format. UTL_FILE package was used to load data into the database. With this project implementation, the client started to use the forms as UI for saving customer information and the transactional data. Reports were then developed to provide the users with their sales related information.

As there are nearly 40 million of existing parties which are not considered by the announcement process, This Module will take care of all the existing parties in Customer registry database and based on the type of the party and certain rules given by CISCO these parties will be considered for AP.

The Discount Single Source of Truth (DSSOT) is an initiative focused on creating a single source for approved discount information to be used for transactions. It will be a Centralized database storing all discount types and data. There will be a approval process for all product and service discounts for setting up, approving, storing, and applying discounts for transactions.
