Responsibilities: Looking after Layer1 Drivers, Network Processors and Layer 2 Drivers Software, embedded software development group.
    Managing all aspects of software development for various features as Engineering Lead for Release 10.0. Involving 100+ members from Dev and Testing teams in India. H/W, Product Management and part Program management and Dev teams located in the US.
    Working closely with Systems’ Team to on OS, Redundancy and other issues/features.
    Continuously interacting with PLM/ TPM teams on new customer requirements and Release content.
