Payments Revamp project is a standard upgrade of existing enterprise level application to cater the Payments from Sabb customer with automation and integration of external interface using IBM BAW as a platform for middleware. The Landing Page developed in BPM are used to invoke Internal Payments process. Frontend they have Payment Form which is developed in Angular and Sprinboot. IBM BAW integrates with core Banking interfaces and Database to pull records into the landing page.

Description

EAI upgrade project is a standard upgrade of existing enterprise level application to cater the
business of Telefonica with automation and integration of external interface using IBM BAW as a
platform for middleware. The external events are used in IBM BAW for process orchestration.
Housekeeping activities are completely automated. As per the retention policy, the unwanted
data will be either deleted or purged using automated scripts which are scheduled to run using
cron scheduler. In this way application will be cleared of garbage data/unwanted data thereby
freeing some disk space on application DB.

Bell Backtrack Application is for customer care agents or call center agents to log calls from
customers. Agents are the customer care representative who book service call request to carry
out work pertaining the request logged by the agent and to cater the needs of the customers.
The project is backtrack type as we implementing in Memory DB features to the existing
application to improve performance and for better user experience. We need to store data in
external In Memory database instead of application DB to access the data once user goes to
either previous/next step in the workflow.

sustainable food production with focus on healthy animals and people. They use IBM product to

required to have single custom dashboard of all task at various stages of completion. The
custom dashboard must shows SLA status, team wise task distribution, Field inspector can pick

establishing a new company with CR (Commercial Registration) and CP (Commercial Permit).
The request for new company establishment is made by the Investor with CR and RTN (Reserve
Trade Name) fields and the request will move with BSS (Business Support Service) and
collaborate with Single Window (SW). Based on the inputs from investor, the various
government approving agencies will be selected and SW will generate the task for approval.

participants used for sourcing SPS (Standard Part Sourcing) and NPS (New Part Sourcing) for
automobile manufacturers. All tasks in the sourcing process are assigned to a participant role
which defines the role that is responsible for completing the task. There are Buyers, Category
