Performance appraisal is a part ongoing process in a company; it looks at all aspects of an employees performance. This project revolves around understanding appraisal tools, measuring employee performance by comparing the actual work done with the standards, checking training need, performance planning and finally the reward management process.

Employees comprise the most vital assets of the company; the concept of employee retention was developed as a response to increasing voluntary employee turnover. The project is based on strategies that help organizations provide effective employee communication to improve commitment and enhance workforce.
