Horizon is an advance version of SBL which has been designed with automated phone call tracking system to help agents in assisting clients calling in support center with feature rich experience to replace some of the features that is now discontinued in SBL and going forward more and more insurance sector related features are getting developed in it. This project enables the bank to address credit and saving needs for its client on Call, the project is a Plugin based Platform where modules are loaded using MEF on the requirement basis.

The project is about issuing / allocating of security Tokens to customers based on their loan repayment history.

Project is all about building a platform/plethora of services/interfaces required for day-to-day business of bank. With Bancs (TCS' core-banking solution) being at core, the services consume feeds from various 3rd party vendors like Sanlam (to tap into insurance sector), VMAX (acts like CIBIL in India), Documentum (KYC Soft Documentum Store), xPression (for document generation like digital loan agreement), Postilion (Helps execute ATM and POS transactions), Payments Hub (Maintaining and Executing ECS/Auto Debit Mandates), Bio-Store (Fingerprint Storage DB and Service). SBL platform also provides service for generation of various reports required for monitoring of money laundering and suspicious transactions. (Team Size 6)
