Client had a requirement to develop a workflow which automates the monitoring and provides alert on a timely basis for approving the material to users of different departments.
Activities –
• Prepared a configurable workflow based on each material type.
• Prepared central class which handles the workflow.
• Prepared tables which can configure the workflow.

Client had the requirement to print the ID Cards of students with existing infra-structure. All data of students with their photo and signature are available in SAP. Client wanted to trigger printing of ID Cards using the same set up they had. Developing layout was not in option as they had approx. 250 layouts for different colleges and academics.
Activities –
• Prepared an RPA script using an open source tool which handles third party software.
• Prepared a program in SAP, which downloads the data to a local machine and triggers the RPA script from SAP.
• Documentation and designing of the solution.

This project is for Piramal Realty Vertical, it is an MIS report which helps Business Users. Report shows Project wise sales, cancellation, collection and refund information in a single Hierarchical ALV Report.

• Studied and Designed the solution.
• Created Tables, Update Programs and a Display report.

ROI - Currently it takes 10 days for the Business user to prepare the MIS report, after this delivery report can be generated in a day. It saved precious time of the user.

As per the government circular, instead of a fixed percentage actual consumption ratio of RAW material used in the Sold finished goods can be applied for the Tax credit.

• Analysed, Designed and delivered three different reports for the business users to get the desired output.
• Whole Material Where Used List was used with Recursive method to analyze the Exact percentage which can be charged against the sold Finished Goods.
• It shows Comsumption ratio of the MIRO Quantity.
• ROI - Approx INR 200 Cr. could be applied for Tax Credit with the Government.

This project came up after a Tax Reformatin was initiated by the Indian Government. This was with Strict deadlines. Project was to carry out GST implementation in SAP 4.7 Server which was not recommended by SAP.

• Implemented more than 100 SAP Notes to make sure GST Notes works in the SAP 4.7 Server.
• Also prepared the Cut Over programs for Sales Orders and Purchase Orders to close the all open orders and create the new one with the GST tax codes.
• Created a Single program to delimit the Tax Conditions of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.

• Guiding and empowering the team to take bigger responsibilities.

• Supported SAP Modules such as MM,SD, FICO, PS, PP, QM and HR.
• Worked on Iterfaces with non-SAP system via FTP and PI/PO.
• Created Utility programs for Basis team to get the full User's Authorization profile in a Single report, with Role, T Code, Authorization Object, Values and Activities which can be performed in the T Code.
• Created ALV report for Vendor Evaluation based on the GRN.
• Desinged many solutions with collaboration amongst team members to indentify the challanges and how to overcome them,
• With excellent debugging skills, identified and resolved many issues in Critical Time.
• Prepared a program to send ALV report in Excel format instead of PDF format which is being used by SAP.

• There was a situation, when an MIS report was not being running it was throwing dump everytime. After analysis it was found that report was badly coded. Corrected the report and MIS was being taken from the system with in 5 Mins earlier the report was not able to come even after 30 Mins. in a background Job.

This project was about migration from SAP to Oracle HRMS Cloud. Project taks invloved downloading the data as per Oracle Format and perparing the File Based interface to Upload all the Actions and changes performed in Oracle System back to SAP system.

• Prepared programs to download full Employee data from their Actions to Payments / Pay Structure etc.
• Prepared Function Modules to upload Salary, Employee Master Data, Actions.
• Prepared other programs to Monitor the Interface or file's statuses.

• Worked on AS-IS phase to prepare the technical documentation of existing integration.
• Visited different depots and captured the variations.
• Worked on legacy and external system study for the project for TO-BE phase of integration.

This project was as a POC for the Faceless application for Travel Expenses of the Employees. Based on the Cards maintained for Employee, card reciepts were fetched from the Bank - SAP interface. A Program was prepared to shoot an email to the Employee calculating the Expense which can be claimed for the trip. It can highlight the reciepts which are approved and also mark users to remove the personal expenses from the claim.
