RNAM is one of the primary regions for the Ericsson Global in USA. The team has taken the KT from the vendor and started working on the Clarity project after KT. I worked on the Clarity application as a Scrum Master and Maintenance as well. Ericsson client has 2 instances of the Clarity application. They are Continuus and Consilium environments. We have worked on the both Admin and enhancements Support Requests (SRs) to the AT&T client for RNAM region, USA.

OneIT is one of the LoBs of BT, which takes care of the IT needs of the entire Organization. We had given the POC on CA Clarity r13 Version successfully to the British Telecommunications client, UK. BT client is one of the top most popular clients in the Telecom domain in UK. Client has many customized requirements for the Clarity 13 version POC which were not available in the previous versions of Clarity. We also installed the Clarity 13 version to add the new requirements of the client.

This project requires three files to be generated by creating three jobs, which would run every day automatically before 6AM EST in the Clarity database Production Environment. These jobs would send three feeds – Signings, Project and PCR from Clarity Application to iSRVE server, as of the end of the previous day.
