Job Responsibilities:

Identifying, Sourcing, Attracting & Recruiting prospective candidates using variety of channels.
Job postings in various channels.
Develop a database of qualified candidates as a backup.
Sourcing quality CVs from various channels like Job portals and references.
Conducting preliminary interviews with the prospective candidates.
Coordinating and scheduling interview of the candidates with the Senior Manager or Client Company.
Regular follow-up with the selected candidates till the receipt of their offer letters.
Maintaining and sending of MIS Reports to the manager on periodical basis.
