This is a platform for the employees working in customer care, whose salesand bonuses are calculated and also includes their profile details.Also the project is included with AI, as every call is recorded and its converted to speechto text and predicts that the call that is made is a sale or no sale of a particular agent inthe organization.Its is a vast project that I have been working since I started my career in thisorganization and we have new features deployed in every sprint release , its a projectbuilt using Django framework, angular as front-end technology and MySql server asdatabase.Here in this project I have been worked in various parts like in CRUD Apis, SQL Apis.Also I have worked using celery for queuing the tasks.Product deployment & branch merge.

This was a module developed for a us based project, where when one is not conncyo company IP , login process will have an extra process i.e otp validation, if he is connected go IP , it will bypass that process
