For the development of the project, it was necessary to investigate from scratch all the particularities of the cyclists' environment, a sector that had an interesting increase in users during the Pandemic and in many cases changed the mode of use in each user.

The duration of the development of the project was 4 months and research techniques such as surveys and qualitative interviews were used to know as accurately as possible the profile of traditional and new cyclists, since each profile logically presents different points of view from the use of bicycles. of the bicycle to the route and/or path used to circulate.

The research tools used were (for Pandemic reasons) Zoom, Optimal Workshop, phone calls and Google Forms. The ones used to design the different stages and prototype were Balsamiq, Whimsical and Figma.

The deliverables were completing various stages, representing in the most faithful way possible the journey of a real product.
