Contribution and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to QA Agile Best Practices and work with Journey team members
• Attend Sprint planning, daily stand-ups and application demos

• Web based and Mobile testing
• Create Test plan and Obtain Test Plan review and approval by stakeholders
• Design scenarios & Test Cases and Utilize Data Maker tool for basic data creation
• Identify high priority test cases for first cycle execution
• Execute smoke/functional/regression/Automation test cases in desktop/mobile as applicable
• Identify manual test cases for inclusion in the automated suite
• Auto regression runs analysis/feedback/defects, defect logging in Jira, Applause
• Participate in defect triage meeting with Dev team for defect resolution & closure post retest
• Provide metrics to TL (test exec/defects) and Provide test evidence to obtain Change Request approval (CRs).

Role: Quality Assurance Specialist.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Auditing Rich Media creative Ads according to publisher site specification and standard test case.
• Test the latest version of our Google Ads thoroughly, finding bugs, types, and errors that will impact the customer experience
• Create reports of these mistakes for the engineers to review and fix, providing extensive explanation for how to recreate bugs and where errors has been found.
• Review information provided by customers and clients to identify areas in need of improvement and gather further information
• Collaborate with the rest of the manual QA tester team to best ensure the quality of our products.
• Involved in test case review meeting, client meeting and directly interacting with clients.
• Experienced in Mobile Testing includes Device, Tablet and App Testing.
• Testing the Google ads from Double Click studio tool, were designed ads were uploaded.
• Testing the functionality of the ads and compatibility of ads in various browsers.
• Used to test the ads on desktop browsers and mobiles devices even in Mobile in-app.
• Gave the training to few people who joined our process.
• Should follow the SLA’s to complete the given work based on ad types.
• Having knowledge on Ticketing tool which is used in Google premises
• Capable of working at great pressures and tight deadlines
• Acting as a helping hand to ensure that the analysts are meeting their respective process goals.
• Working with Google Technical Account Managers and Engineering team to resolve client issues as soon as possible.
