Description
Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM): We use FIM sync engine and portal both simultaneously for managing life-cycle (onboarding -> access provisioning -> offboarding) of 2 lakh users and groups.
- Ab-InBev has total of 3 different domains for which users are provisioned.
- We manage total of 47 connectors which are used for provisioning to the applications.
- We use joiner/disconnector to map appropriate connector to the users for access related issues.
- Responsible for troubleshooting the issues in both FIM portal and FIM synchronization.

Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM): is used to synchronize/push the user account data to the management agents (directory services) through the defined set of rules.
- Configuration of sync rules, workflows and sets, schema update.
- Configuring management agents and run profiles with respect to management agents.
- We have recently migrated from FIM to MIM and all the functionality is same which was performed in FIM.
- Managing and scheduling sync runs.

- Integration of applications is done based on whether the application should be SP or Idp initiated.
- We on-board the applications URL, icon in https://myslu.slu.edu which is the SSO for SLU.
- Handling the tickets and responding the emails within the SLA.

Identity and Access Management: Managing the user identities from the creation till the retirement of the users in IdentityIQ. Also, managed applications in IdentityIQ such as NS IAM, WBI (client specific applications) etc.
- Global Access Management: License and Entitlement provisioning for the users.
- LDAP: We had 2 domains for which we supported LDAP account creation, updation and authentication for the users.
- Active Directory: Creation of AD accounts for the users, enabling and retiring the user accounts.
- Handling issues and service requests related to Sailpoint IIQ, LDAP and Active Directory.
- Distribution list, security groups, functional accounts creation in Sailpoint.
- Sailpoint IdentityNow: used for SSO for the NXP applications. It was also used by the users to reset their password for NXP applications.
