Scrum Master activity:
• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint review and Sprint retrospective meeting

• Testing with Base24-ATM transactions like Withdrawal, Balance Enquiry, Transfer to Other account, Deposit and PIN Change.
• Ingenico POS machine connecting with online CTM server for testing.
• Testing with POS transactions like Purchase, Pre-auth, Cash out, Reversal and Refund.
• Testing with POS Swipe, POS Chip and CNP transactions.
• Preparation of Master Test Plan (MTP), Detailed Test Plan (DTP), Test script preparation using HP QC, Entry Criteria, Test Summary Report (TSR) and Exit Criteria reports.

Test Plan Preparation Phase:
• Analyse and perform complete review of business requirements and Design documents.

• Involved in defining the test criteria and analyse results of testing cycles.
• Involved in developing test requirements to ensure tracking throughout the testing phase.
Write test plans:
• Involved in Test plan review & test deliverables to the project team.
• Creating test cases for baseline as well as for new release.
Test Execution Phase:
• Testing with Base24 and MasterCard switch.
• Execute test scripts and ensure that the results achieve documented goals and objectives.
• Involved in Regression testing.
• Defect tracking using HP quality centre, raising exceptions and manage re-tests.
Documentation Phase:
• Maintain test results and scripts.
• Involved in preparation of Problem Correction Requirement (PCR) reports.
• Provide daily reporting on the success of testing and review daily balancing report generated by MasterCard Mainframe.
User Acceptance Test:
• Involved in UAT support and work with the client as required.
• Involved in submission of Test Completion Report

• Installation and configuration of ATM machines and testing.
• Testing of ATM transactions with Bank Payment switch.
• Configuration of ATM communication links and Services.
• Involved in customer training on ATM.
• Coordinated with Engineers for SBI MICR clearing machine installation and execution.
• Handled Two engineers in my team and successfully achieved more than 120 ATM’s Installations and Services in the assigned region
