BCBS(Blue Cross Blue Shield) is well known insurance company comes with customer claim project. Blue Cross Blue Shield insurers offer some form of health insurance coverage in every U.S States. They also act as administrators of medicare in many states or regions of the U.S. The project has been handled by an information technology company that specializes in the identification and resolution of business intelligence (BI) challenges with BCBS.

• Involved in all phases (SDLC) of this project from planning, requirement gathering, design, develop, test and implementation.
• Extensively involved in identifying and solving the problems by coordinating with leads in emergency and normal issues to meet the goals.
• Added Refreshing Button for the dashboard to reset all filters to default at dashboard level
• Designed the Trellis Chart to Perform the Distribution Analysis.
• Created Complex workbooks and Dashboards by connecting to multiple data source using data blending.
• Created Tableau scorecards, dashboards, Heat maps using show me functionality.
• Created complex data Views Manually using multiple measures, also used sort, Filter, group, Create Set functionality.
• Worked creating Aggregations, calculated Fields, Table calculations, Totals, percentages.
• Published the developed dashboard, reports on the Tableau Server so that the end users having access to the server and can view the data.
• Scheduled the published dashboards from Tableau Server on weekly basis
• Monitoring daily jobs and make sure of them completed successfully.
