Technip used IFS as ERP tool and have domains like Finance, HR, Procurement, Project cost and Time and Material. Technip has implemented interfaces for 2 countries Benelux and France. BizTalk transfers data to oracle database using Oracle –WCF adapter. There is involvement of other systems also where data needs to flow from IFS to those systems.There are total 80 interfaces implemented for Technip.Any issues with real time data flow, incidents gets raised and assigned to technical team.There is an agreed SLA implemented for all level of incidents from P1 to P4.
