Quality Manager – Data Analytics

Job Overview:

• Future Analytica is looking for a highly capable Quality Manager - Data Analytics, to develop procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of our organization’s data.

The Quality Manager – Data Analytics is responsible to provide quality assurance oversight (data error detection and correction) on processes

where data is collected, stored, transformed or used. The main goal of the position is to develop and deliver data solutions to accomplish technology and business goals. The Quality Manager must closely work with the leaders across products, sales, marketing to support and implement high quality, data driven decisions. You will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.

The ideal candidate for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units by using advance data modelling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

• Performing statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity.

• Evaluating system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality.

• Collaborating with database developers to improve data collection and storage processes.

• Running data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as cleaning data.

• Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends.

• Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.

• Perform audits, as required, to ensure quality processes exist and are being adhered to.

• Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection.

• Documenting processes and maintaining data records.

• Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.• Ensure compliance with the company’s data privacy policy Ideal Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics

• Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, SQL and JavaScript.

• In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.

• Experience with big data tools will be an added advantage - Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra

• Experience with data visualization tools – Tableau, Power Bi

• Experience with testing tools such as Adobe Test & Target
