Tableau Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
• Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
• Creating tools to store data within the organization.
• Handle database, write complex queries and store procedures on the basis of requirements
• Extract data from various sources and performed data blending

Desired Candidate Profile

• Responsible for designing, building and testing workflows in Alteryx
• Strong knowledge of Visualization, Reporting and Dashboard framework
• A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization
• Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture
• Develop the Dashboards using Tableau, MsSQL, SQL, Excel, etc
• Desired Skills---
• * Programming Languages-- PL/SQL Developer, DWH, Shell Scripting, R Shiny, SAS, ETL- Alteryx
• * BI Tools-- Tableau Desktop, Tableau Reader, Tableau Online, SPSS, SAP BO
• * Database-- PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Google Big Query
• * MS Office-- Excel, Powerpoint
