Social Media

  • Work with our Social Media and Content strategist to implement a quarterly campaign planning calendar across all platforms that also integrates with other offline and online activities
  • Maintain our social media profile across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Execute focused, relevant, appropriate and engaging social marketing campaigns, that can include web, email, social media and paid advertising
  • Develop and encourage engaging social content including UGC, polls, podcasts, forums, videos, static posts, and webinars, focusing on how we add value to the readers rather than selling products
  • Work with external content providers, partners, and our graphic designer to deliver relevant and interesting videos, podcasts, quotes, etc
  • Accurate measurement against metrics, and concise reporting on the performance of all social marketing campaigns
  • Create brand aligned content and visuals for use across multiple platforms using the brand templates provided
  • Responsible for placement of advertising on Facebook and Instagram, with Zapier integrations to our CRM system

Required experience and skills:

  • Minimum 2 years proven working experience in social media and marketing
  • Background in either education businesses or high quality consumer goods (B2C) is preferred; agency experience would be considered
  • A talented and experienced copyrighter as well as innovative content creator
  • Relevant experience in e-newsletter marketing, social media strategy implementation and high quality content development
  • Excellent creativity, and ability to develop unusual and disruptive ideas that start conversations about us
  • Ability to use design templates, including usage of Canva
  • Able to drive engagement and genuine followers across all platforms, with evidence to support this
  • Responsive and friendly tone in all communications
  • Respond to direct messaging with appropriate information, shared documents, links etc.
  • High level of fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi; one additional local regional language ability is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising social campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Good at basic analysis and budget management
