Must Have Skills:

● Solid understanding of Agile Methodology and Testing Concepts

● Understanding of End to End Test Management workflow

● Knowledge of testing tools like Jira, HP ALM, Test Rail, Bugzilla

● Proven mentoringship skills

● Familiarity with relevant quality assurance industry standard best practices and methodologies

● Dedication to customer satisfaction

● Excellent time management skills

● Self-Motivated Good To Have Skills:

● Good understanding of automated testing and tools like Selenium/Cypress

● Can manage a small team of 2 team members

Experience: 0-1 year

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Provides technical leadership and mentoringship to other team members

● Uses customer understanding and knowledge of the relevant technologies to measure the quality of a better product/service

● To perform software testing to see if the software meets all the requirements i.e it performs the functions it is supposed to in all the environments intended.

● To create and run test cases based on the input provided by the development team.

● To ensure full understanding of the issue/bug found and report the same to the development team.

● To gather logs, configuration details in case of a bug and provide the same to the development team.

● To set up test environments.

● To troubleshoot issues reported by the customers in live production environments and provide logs and configuration details to reproduce the issue to development team

● Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
