Job Description :

• Define the framework and push for the best choice when it comes to technology selection and implementation.
• Use Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to develop creative rapidly and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience.
• Craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements.
• Liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital unit to negotiate timelines, deliverable, and dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members to identify and socialize product and delivery risks.
• Drive forward and role-model best practice engineering processes and Agile behaviour and ensuring team members follow suit.
• Communicate with business stakeholders about Agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines.

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 year(s) of experience with previous working experience in Software Development.
• In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and PHP Frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter).
• Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (Preferred)
