Technical Project Manager / Program Manager

Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Node.JS and MEAN framework/platforms is a huge plus. Strong knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and associated tool (JIRA, Confluence etc) desired.

• Define, develop and track Project and Release Plans
• Manage and Drive Engineering plans, execution and workflows
• Creates transparency through Team and Management Reports
• Create and maintain project dashboards using JIRA, Confluence and industry standardTools
• Manage and track internal team dependencies as well as external dependencies
• Proactively manage impediments anduse expertise and leadership to affect results
• Proactively manage issues, risks and escalations
• Initiate, lead and participate to continuous improvements
• Process/Tools development and standardization
• Act as a Liaison forproject information and dependencies
• Provide process guidance and informal mentoring to team members
