Magento Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a senior executive the person must have an eye for detail looking at Magento as an Architect and Developer
• Strong technical capabilities to lead Magento Practise
• Hands on development, customization and integration
• Maintain Magento code standards across the team
• Client facing
• Work with multiple teams
• Analyse technical requirements and suggest best practise with active involvement in Magento forum
• Part of PWA and Extension strategic working group

Skills:

• Minimum 6 years experience on LAMP stack development with good understanding of PHP, MVC design pattern
• Minimum 6 years of provable Magento experience and 2 years of experience in handling Magento 2 projects (Commerce / Commerce Cloud)
• Good exposure in JQuery, Javascript. Experience in handling static blocks, theme customizations
• Experience in defining strategy for Omni channel, Order Management and Reporting
• Experience to manage code repositories using Git or Subversion
• Experience in integrating with third party tool and good exposure in writing custom code Integration experience with MasterPack, SAP, Dynamics, etc., a plus
• Must have Magento architecture experience with excellent database design and implementation skills
• Passion for technology, flexible, creative approach to problem solving and the ability to take technical ownership
• Estimating new project timeline and resource allocation
• Experience in WordPress / Drupal / Joomla / CodeIgniter is a plus
• One or more provable Magento Certifications
