Full Stack Engineer (Tech Lead)

Skills required:

• Proficient with Java, C++, Swift, Android, iOS and MongoDB.
• Familiar with WebRTC, Media Servers, HLS, Audio, Real-Time Video Streaming, Broadcasting.
• Familiar with OpenGL, Android NDK, Metal in iOS.
• Experienced in debugging and optimizing the code base.
• Proficient with cloud development in AWS, Azure, Linode etc.
• Multitasking, work under pressure and adapt to new technologies fast.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality.
• Must have worked in a startup and familiar with handling ambiguity.
• Built high scalable products from scratch.
• Must have expertise with DevOps, Continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Join the founding team as a co-founder to build mobile applications for serving hundreds of millions of Smartphone users worldwide.
• Design, build and optimize native mobile applications for Android and iOS devices.
• Review the previously written code and guide the team to optimize.
• Mentor & motivate the team to deliver best performing code.
• Handle the responsibility of App submission to Google Play Store and iOS App store.
• Willing to jump into known & unknown areas of technology.
