Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Basics (Required): Thorough knowledge of Data Structures and AlgorithmsStrong understanding Linux Operating SystemStrong problem solving and analytical skillsHas prior experience working in an Agile EnvironmentTeam player with good communication skillsUnderstands how to use Git

2. Backend (Required): Building performance optimised APIs for Mobile Apps using NodeJSHas good command over PostgreSQL, MongoDB and RedisClear understanding of microservices architectureBuilding Pub-Sub/Streams using RabbitMQ or KafkaHas prior experience in working on a microservice architectureHas prior experience in writing unit tests with Chai/Mocha/JestStrong understanding of Docker and KubernetesUnderstands CI/CD pipelines and working with different environmentsData management and Data transformation experience during migrationsWriting reusable components with unit testsWriting functional, modular and reusable code

3. Added Bonus: Has prior experience in working with GoLang in the production environmentHas worked with Mongoose and Sequelize NodeJS framework for MongoDB and SQLUsing cloud services (GCP, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
