Cicd with Jenkins / GitLab ci /bitbucket pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
Prometheus / new relic / nagios - monitoring
ELK setup for logging
Databases ( for admin-related tasks, helps if he knows basic queries) - MongoDB MySQL
Servers - Nginx / apache with SSL, logging, etc
Understands load balancer, firewall-config, subnets, proxy
Docker, docker-compose, docker volumes
Docker swarm vs kubernetes or any other orchestrator
Aws / Azure / GCP ( knowing anyone hands-on is enough)
Knowing networking service like route 53, load balancer etc
