Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with rich experience in Full Stack development (in addition, mobile technologies would be an advantage) to come & join our agile team of professionals. The role of the Technical Lead is to be the technical conduit between the Sales and Delivery teams through the architect and design process. In addition, the Technical Lead is the vision holder for the solution concept from offering to outcome and is responsible for ensuring the customer value realisation post-sale. Industry experience of a minimum of 8 – 10 years in Engineering and IT and a minimum of 3 – 4 years as technical lead role developing large- scale systems based on complex integration solutions and server/ cloud-based web applications. The person should be responsible for analysing the requirements of large systems and breaking them down into manageable units, architecting and designing the complete systems (inclusive of web applications and mobile applications) and working with designers and developers to explain the structure and assisting them throughout the development process.

• Researching available products to decide if they will be suitable for the project rather than building a completely new system

• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods

• Discussing plans for the structure of the system with the stakeholders

• Working with designers and developers to explain the structure and assisting them throughout the development process. Overseeing development and implementation programs and provide guidance to team members

• Ensuring that systems are working properly by carrying out testing procedures

• Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams

• Ensuring that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures

• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise

• Working with senior IT managers on planning for an organisation’s current and future IT requirements

• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence both technical and non-technical customers

• Participates in developing proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) with engagement or Project team managers and Subject Matter Experts; to develop estimates and work-breakdown; work scope for make-buy decision including developmental items

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead

• Hands-on experience with software development and system administration

• Understanding of strategic IT solutions

• Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)

• Good experience in multiple cloud platforms, especially from Device and Enterprise architecture integrations design and implementation perspectives

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in developing end-to-end applications that are comprised of cloud-based applications and services, web applications, data visualization, and along with mobile app.

• Should have implemented at least 10 Projects in this space from Engineering or IT perspective

• Good understanding of cloud connectivity solutions

• Working knowledge in solutioning for different use cases with strong understanding of end-to-end system and data flow design from front end to the backend applications

• Working knowledge of CI/CD framework like Jenkins and best practices for CI/CD is must. Should have deployed CI/CD pipelines for Dot net-based applications.

• Strong analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills to quickly absorb stakeholder requirements and translate into technical solutions

• Experience of full Software development life cycle including requirements, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & unit testing in assigned applications.

• Excellent understanding and working experience on object-oriented programming concepts, Multithreading, Memory management.

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

• Hands on experience and Strong knowledge on Javascript frontend framework/libraries, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5.0, CSS3, Ajax and its framework/libraries.

• Working knowledge in different type of data communication like http, https and Web-Sockets etc.

• Rich hands-on knowledge and experience of developing web portals and API frameworks using Dot Net (ASP.NET Webform (3.5+), (4.0/4.5+), ASP.NET MVC (Model-View-Controller) & MySQL.

• Knowledge or experience on WEB API (Knowledge of Rest API’s) would be an added advantage

• Knowledge about SQL and MYSQL databases, and various charting libraries like chartist, d3, canvas

• Knowledge about AWS, GCP, Azure cloud technologies

• Knowledge on PHP LARAVEL, NodeJS would be added advantage.

• Should have strong knowledge about MVC pattern, RESTful implementation, Microservices

• Knowledge of REST API's and SOLID principles

• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

• Familiarity with writing Unit test cases, Understanding of Agile methodologies

Qualifications

• MCA/BE/ME with Industry experience of a minimum of 8 – 10 years in Engineering and IT and a minimum of 3 – 4 years as technical lead role developing large- scale systems based on complex integration solutions and server/ cloud-based web applications.
