 Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web and Mobile Applications● Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, andoptimizing output to match the specific platform.● Integration of data storage solutions viz. MemCache, Redis and MongoDB● Building reusable code and libraries for future use● Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web applicationSkills and Qualifications● Proficient knowledge of Javascript, Ruby● Previous experience in Ruby on Rails, Javascript frameworks (ReactJs, React Native)● Understanding of MVC design patterns● Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds● Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.● Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.● Proficient understanding of git or any version management system● Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an applicationto support load changes● Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery,ReactJS, AngularJS etc.● Familiarity with development aiding tools such as Grunt, Gulp, Bower, Bundler etc.● Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, Jinja, etc.● Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less etc.● Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests● 2-4 years of relevant work experience
