Lead Front End Developer

Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Responsible for architecture & design of the product. · Lead team, take initiatives, recommend improvements, mentor, and guide junior team members. · Explore modern technologies and train junior team members. · Translate complex business and functional requirements into technical designs. · Break designs into stories and tasks that can be estimated and implemented by the team in an agile manner. · Do code reviews and ensure quality of the code and best practices followed. · Responsible for creating POCs to design a scalable system. · Plan and ensure timely delivery of sprint stories by the team. · Follow and improve coding standards and define best practices.   Required Skills: · Experience managing a team of front end developers. Ability to communicate with different departments. · Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies including React JS ,Angular JS,Next JS,Vue JS ,HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. · Proficient understanding of web trends such as responsive design, progressive web applications, single page applications, etc. · Strong experience in enterprise design patterns and object-oriented programming. · Agility to adopt new technologies. · Willingness to mentor the team as required. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong experience in designing and developing dashboards, visualizations using libraries like Recharts, d3, etc.     Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
