Testers we are looking for must have the following qualities like eCommerce Website Testing Experience, Responsive Websites, Ownership, Confidence, and Good Communication (Written and Verbal both). And sometimes they have to manage and update departmental jobs as well like Content Update. If you can find a candidate from QA companies will be very good. Those can work with multiple projects and can handle pressure and can do the demo for Stakeholders. Always they have to write Test Cases with detailed descriptions and if required use cases also if needed. And regular follow-ups from developers and reporting to managers promptly & daily are basics. Basically, I want trusted testers we can trust that product is QA Passed.
Testers with the specific quality we are looking at:- 1) 2 Testers with 7+ years exp. with manual testing, black-box testing. White Box testing and Regression Automation Tools like Selenium2) 1 Tester with Android / iOS App Testing Experience, API testing, Responsive Device Testing. 3) 1 Tester with Load Testing on JMeter.
