Backend Developer

Roles and Responsibilities · Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic · Strong knowledge of backend technologies like NodeJs, ExpressJS · Should be able to use AWS and other hosting platforms as well · Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code · Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications · Implementation of security and data protection · Integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application · Integration of data storage solutions like MongoDB, RDMS Skills & Qualifications · Strong proficiency with JavaScript · Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express, Strong Loop · Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds · Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc. · Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors · Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3 · Understanding accessibility and security compliance · User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments · Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system · Understanding fundamentals of design patterns for a scalable application · Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience is needed · BE / B.Tech from IITs / Top NITs / Tier-One schools or any graduate with a PG in IT / CS.
