Job description
Must-Have:
- CSM certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- strong grasp of SM processes (ability to lead, moderate, prioritize, motivate, escalate, track, and report)
- strong grasp of Agile and scrum
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Teams
- 3+ years experience as SM, leading large agile blended teams in onshore/offshore model
- SAFe agile certified is preferred but we can train and certify them in SAFe internally
Nice to Have: - experience with Miro - experience with putting together PPT and presenting them to an audience - experience/participation in PI planning
