Data Warehouse Consultant (ETL) - Maintenance & Support

We are looking for an ELT/Data Integration Consultant. The consultant will join a Professional Services Team who are responsible for maintenance and support of Data Warehouse. The role is focused on automation tools Where Scape RED integrated with Oracle platform. Principal Accountabilities: Understand the existing DW and ELT logic. Maintenance of existing DW, which includes small development, analysis of bugs in existing. codes and implement hot fixes. Investigate existing complex stored procedures to fix the bugs. Testing for the implemented changes. Push the changes to production using change request tools. Requirement gathering & understanding of client Data Warehouse needs.

Job scheduling. 

Daily batch monitoring Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues and validate all data and perform routine tests on databases and provide support to all ETL applications. Develop and perform tests on all ETL codes for system data and analyze all data and design all data mapping techniques for all data models in systems. Effective and timely communication with business, onsite coordinator and DBA’s as and when required. Performance tuning of existing ETL Weekend on-call support on rotation. Individual player

Skills Required:

Must have excellent command over communication (Written and Verbal)Knowledge of Data Warehousing modeling techniques Should have extensively worked in any of the ETL/ELT tools – Where Scape preferred Good understanding of any Database Architectures – Oracle preferred Excellent SQL & PL/SQL skills Good problem-solving capability and self-explore Experience in using any scheduler for ETL workflow
