IOS Developer

Education: BE/BTech, MCS/Msc (Computer/IT), MCA

Experience: 2-3 Years Experience in Objective-C, SOAP Web Services, and SQL Lite.

Must-Have Skills:

Primary Skills: Working with Objective - C and SOAP Web Service consumption, SQL Lite database, iOS, XCode, Git/TFS.

Secondary Skills: Android, Android Studio, Core Java, and SOAP Web Service consumption. Having knowledge of a hybrid framework would be a plus.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Understand the requirements and prepare product backlog plan and development.

- Lead overall design and build advanced features within the product for both IOS and Android platforms.

- Write scalable and maintainable code solutions for complex engineering challenges.

- Do code reviews and ensure that by unit testing the code is robust, including test cases, usability, and general reliability.

- Work with cross-functional teams of information architects and backend developers to create optimum integration solutions.

- Understand and follow standards, guidelines, and best practices adopted in the project.

- Develop high-quality Front End/UI patterns for mobile devices.

- Publish apps on the Play Store and App Store.

- Solid understanding of IOS and Android app development life cycle, excellent knowledge of Objective C and Android SDK.

- Excellent in SQLite or similar database management systems.

- Knowledge of XCode and Android Studio.

- Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data (e.g., JSON, XML) through various interface types (e.g., REST, SOAP).

- Must be able to handle multiple project modules and deadlines.

- Should have sound knowledge of overall mobile architecture.

- Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Android debugging and unit testing.

- Experience with Git and TFS is a must, should be able to manage the branches for development and production- Experience in the knowledge of Google Locations and Maps API.

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality code culture.

- Participate in Security code reviews to maintain high security of the app.

- Participate in Application Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment.

- Knowledge of tablet compatibility.
