React JS Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:
Developing new user-facing features using React.jsTranslating designs and wireframes into high-quality reusable codeOptimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersProvide technical leadership and motivation to junior developers
Requirements & Qualifications:
· 5-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in designing and developing web applications.
·In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+
 Relevant 3+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, React Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jest or another unit testing framework.
· Strong proficiency in ReactJS is a must.
· Experience with common Frontend tools like Webpack, gulp, npm, babel, etc.
· Good knowledge of source code configuration management software like GIT.
·Provide estimations on proposed solutions as well as assigned tasks, timely updates to the management and/or team lead on progress.
· Support, debug and provide enhancements to the existing applications.
· Participate in assisting junior developers, conducts code reviews.
· Use of proper design patterns to fit in the overall architecture and develop reusable components
· Should have basic understanding of the NPM packages and create react libraries, publish it to NPM repositories.
· Having good knowledge on performance tracking tools like lighthouse etc. is an added advantage.
· Should be a good team player and have decision making skills.
· Knowledge of node.js file system, HTTP module, Events, etc will be an added advantage.
